Durante las primeras 4 horas de abrir el festival (viernes, sábado y domingo) pondremos un puesto con enfermera que trabaja en un laboratorio oficial para hacer test de antígenos que generen el código QR para poder acceder.
El coste del test tiene un precio de 15 euros.

“Os recordamos que es necesario cumplir con la normativa COVID para poder acceder presentando uno de los siguientes certificados, siempre emitidos por un servicio de salud pública:

· Certificado de vacunación válido (han tenido que pasar 14 días desde la última dosis)

· Certificado de prueba diagnóstica negativa (realizada en las últimas 72h para PCR y 48h para test de antígenos). Puedes encontrar aquí una lista de centros homologados: https://canalsalut.gencat.cat

· Certificado de recuperación

Comprueba que tu pasaporte COVID te da acceso a la entrada en el siguiente link: https://verificacovid.gencat.cat

Tendrás que acreditar tu identidad mediante algún documento oficial.”

The Ombra 2021 Ticket Office is at Utopía126,  Cristobal de Moura 126. The Ticket Office is  your go-to for picking up your Ombra wristband, purchasing festival tickets, daily updates, and any other general info you might need. There will be Ombra staff manning the desks and ready to field your questions during opening hours.

You can arrive by public transport highly recommended or private car. None of the enclosures have parking for private cars.

SERVICES WITHIN THE FESTIVAL

CLOACKROOM

There is a limited capacity cloakroom. Once the limit is reached, we won’t be able to offer the service until space is freed. Service costs 2€ per item.

FOOD EXPERIENCE

The gastronomic offer (with vegan and gluten-free options) will be in charge of different food trucks.

ACCESSIBILITY AND ARCHITECTURAL BARRIERS

The venues are prepared and equipped with lifts and ramps for people using wheelchairs.

PAYMENTS

It’s possible to pay cash and by credit card that will be exchanged by tokens and will be able to be used in the drink ticket and food area.

LOST PROPERTY POINT

If you have lost an item in the venue, you can go to the cloakroom and ask if it has been left there. If it hasn’t, send us an email to info@ombrafestival.com with a description of the lost item and we’ll contact you if it is found. If during the festival you find an item not belonging to you, please drop it off at the cloakroom.

ENTRY POLICY FOR MINORS

Due to the regulations of Utopía 126, for the safety of minors and the guarantee of the proper functioning of the festival, is not allowed the entrance of people under 16 years. Sorry for the inconvenience this may cause.
